SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them from Monday to Saturday. However, during higher volume periods such as sales or new product releases, please allow a few extra business days for your order to ship. We appreciate your patience.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

Please also note that orders during the festive season might take a bit more time to process and ship.* We appreciate your patience.

Domestic

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders, Orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days via standard shipping. We also offer express 1-3 business day shipping for ₹500. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process orders.

International 

We don't ship orders internationally. It will be available soon.

 

RETURN POLICY

All orders are eligible for a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery. Return instructions will be emailed upon approval of the request via our support team. All returns are subject to a returns processing fee unless the item delivered is incorrect or physical damaged. In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@cranmaroon.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns of incomplete, altered, used, damaged or soiled products will not be accepted. Gift cards and limited-edition releases are also non-returnable. All returns must be include all original items attached. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Cran Maroon™ reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our returns policy. The above does not affect your legal rights in relation to products that have manufacturing defects.

Returns are processed in the order in which they arrive. Please allow our team 7-10 business days to process your refund.
